Position:

Hospitality Valuation Analyst / Consultant

Requirements:

• Undergraduate or graduate degree with a hospitality emphasis
• Hotel management experience
• Strong report writing, analytical and financial skills
• Excellent Excel and Word capabilities
• Internet research proficiency
• Commitment to quality, integrity, and thorough research in the field of hospitality consulting and real estate valuation
• Coursework relevant to real estate appraisal and state certification a plus

Responsibilities:

• Collect information in the field, online, and from qualified industry sources
• Perform appraisals, feasibility studies, impact analysis, and consulting assignments for hotels, resorts, waterparks, golf courses, restaurants, conference and convention centers, and other leisure real estate
• Produce comprehensive studies that are well written, detailed, and insightful
• Travel nationwide for research from Cleveland office

Compensation: 

We seek entry level and experienced candidates whose base salary will commensurate with experience.  Additional bonus plan based on percentage of professional fees after training period.  Benefits include medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, retirement plan, and education reimbursement.
